For the second year running, Tozzi Green is supporting the “Scuola Bottega” social project of the Il Faro Social Cooperative, with the aim of enhancing local Volunteer projects and ideas, in conjunction with the Town Council of Ravenna. In particular, Tozzi Green is supporting a scholarship to allow at least two students of the fourth upper class of the Istituto Tecnico Agrario Luigi Perdisa (RA) to take part in an educational initiative at the Caseificio Buon Pastore dairy in Sant’Alberto, with the support of a tutor. The students, selected by the Class Councils based on the criteria agreed between the promoters and the schools, are engaged for one morning a week during school hours, for from 3 to 5 hours, in workshop activities assisting with dairy production and running of the sheep shed.
